Job Description

• Develop love, care and trust among yourself, children and parents.
• Treating with love every child fairly and equally.
• Ensure the safety of children at ALL TIMES.
• Develop the positive character and behaviour among children and assist their holistic
• development.
• Managing a class in the centre where necessary.
• Ensure that the programme continues to meet children's needs and follow the
• curriculum as necessary.
• Responsible for the production of class materials and lesson plans
• Ensure that the programme time table and lesson plans are followed closely.
• Conduct relief classes during the absence of teachers.
• Manage a team of teachers at your designated centre; manage annual leave matters,
• disciplinary issues and work performance, keep teachers motivated, visit classrooms
• to evaluate teaching methods and provide performance standards for teachers and
• other employees.
• Responsible for all administrative matters of the centre which includes and not limited
• to subsidy applications, students' registration, consolidating reports of teachers and
• students.
• Monitor students' progress and establish positive relationships with all parents of
• students.
• Provide counselling for students with behavioral and disciplinary issues.
• Establish positive relationships with teachers and staff of the centre.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the management of Kowabunga! as well as
• other stakeholders.
• In charge of yearly events and activities of the centre. Ensure that they meet the
• requirements and safety of the programme, as well as coordinated and conducted in
• an effective manner.
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the centre.
• Prepare proposals for the management for business enhancement.
• Attend meetings with other education officers and network with respective business
• organizations.
• Ensure all necessary texts, teaching materials, software and licenses are produced,
• procured, catalogued and securely maintained with the company logo/template.
• Assist in promoting and marketing of all programmes and events
• Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess minimally Diploma. (Candidates without a diploma but with relevant experience may apply).
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the student care/education industry is required.
• Dedicated, reliable, creative, disciplined.
• Efficient multi tasking skills.
• Effective communications and classroom management skills.
• Able to start immediately.
• Singaporeans/PR preferred.
• With experience preferred
