We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and optimize IT operations across the retail outlets in Asia region. This role is pivotal in ensuring robust infrastructure, secure systems, and seamless network performance.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Operations & Infrastructure: Oversee day-to-day IT operations, manage servers, networks, and system performance. Ensure high availability and reliability of IT services.
• Network & Systems Management: Administer and maintain network infrastructure (firewalls, VPN, routers), monitor performance, and implement upgrades.
• Security & Compliance: Drive cybersecurity initiatives, enforce security controls, and ensure compliance with frameworks (ISO, NIST, COBIT). Manage system hardening, patching, and incident response.
• Cloud & Data Management: Support cloud migration projects, manage on-premise servers, and ensure data protection and retention.
• Project Leadership: Lead IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; certifications (ITIL, CISA, CISSP) preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in IT operations with strong expertise in network administration, server management, and cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, Unix, and Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT security solutions, patching, troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Required to have 1-2 years of team leading/mentorship experience.
