Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager - Corporate Finance to support senior management in executing a range of corporate transactions, including debt and equity financing, capital market issuances, mergers & acquisitions, divestments, and investments. The role offers exposure to global capital markets and collaboration with international advisors, investors, and lenders.

Responsibilities :

• Preparation of professional presentation and marketing materials / Pitch documents
• Building financial projections, debt models, corporate valuation and analysis
• Participate & lead discussions and negotiations with lenders/investors etc.
• Work in close partnership with internal business leaders and operational experts on various strategic projects to ensure timely completion of various processes.
• Provide financial and accounting support for the new projects of ChemOne Group.

Requirements:

• Strong financial Modelling skills with full understanding of DCF & Valuation.
• At least 4/5 years of relevant working experience in corporate finance, preferably in petrochemical / Oil & Gas / Green Energy / Infrastructure sectors.
• Good Experience of developing, executing and concluding financing transactions.
• Extensive experience of working with banks/financial institutions.

Education

• Bachelors / Masters in Accountancy/Finance/Financial management, with further internationally recognized qualifications such as CPA/CA
• CFA charter or progress towards CFA will be a Plus.
