Job Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and handling cashless and cash payments.
• Prepare and serve shaved ice desserts according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in presentation and taste.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service area, preparation counters, equipment, and dining space in accordance with food safety standards.
• Replenish ingredients, packaging, and supplies, and report low stock levels to the supervisor.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the shop, cleaning, and basic equipment checks.
