About the Role

One Dragon is looking for a "Rainmaker" to helm our mortgage advisory division. You are not just a loan processor; you are a Financial Architect.

Working directly with our founder (an mortgage specialist turn realtor), you will be the primary consultant for high-net-worth individuals, HDB upgraders, and savvy investors. You will lead the "How" of every transaction-structuring complex loan profiles that others find impossible. This is a role for a self-starter who wants to transition from a banking employee to a business leader, with a clear path to building and leading their own team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Conduct high-level consultations in-office to assess client loan eligibility (TDSR/MSR) and map out 5-10 year property pathways.
• Pipeline Management: Independently manage and "self-run" the mortgage business unit, from lead intake to final loan disbursement.
• Lender Relations: Maintain and leverage a robust network with all major banks in Singapore to ensure our clients get the most competitive rates and creative structural solutions.
• Realtor Enablement: Act as the "technical backbone" for our partner realtors, providing them with the financial data they need to close complex property deals.
• Business Growth: Identify opportunities to optimize our "One Dragon" solution suite and, in time, recruit, train, and manage a team of junior mortgage consultants.

Requirements (The "One Dragon" Profile)

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Mortgage Specialist/Home Loan Consultant within a major bank or a reputable brokerage.
• Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of MAS regulations, TDSR/MSR calculations, decoupling strategies, and trust structures.
• The "Self-Runner" DNA: You don't need a manager to tell you what to do. You are disciplined, proactive, and possess the "entrepreneurial itch" to grow a business unit.
• Communication: Ability to translate complex banking jargon into simple, actionable "dreams" for clients. You must be comfortable presenting on a whiteboard.
