Requirements:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR regulations
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture
- Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives
- Partner closely with department heads to support business objectives and workforce planning
- Handle employee relations matters and resolve HR-related issues effectively
- Review, improve, and optimise HR policies, strategies, and processes
Key Attributes:
- Highly flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a proactive mindset
- Able to work independently and take ownership of HR initiatives
- Comfortable operating beyond administrative duties, contributing at both strategic and operational levels
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
