Role Overview

We are looking for high-potential graduates to join our one-year Management Trainee Programme, designed to develop future sales professionals in the audio-visual industry. The programme includes rotations across four sales units, hands-on project exposure, and mentorship from experienced managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales teams in business development and client engagement
• Assist with proposals, quotations, presentations, and tenders
• Participate in sales planning, market research, and customer analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams on solution development
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or related fields
• Strong interest in sales and technology (audio-visual systems)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
