• Coordinated and submitted insurance applications, liaising with insurers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Managed documentation and maintained records for each application.

• Applied knowledge of insurance products, services, and banks' credit procedures in daily operations.

• Handled administrative tasks, including scheduling medical examinations, preparing insurance forms and policy contracts, managing reimbursements, and coordinating logistics for new leads.

• Responded to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and efficiency.

• Participated in internal and external training programs to enhance product and industry knowledge.

• Contributed to process improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and service quality.

• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline

• Minimum 5 year of relevant experience

• Able to start immediately or within short notice
