Pharmacy Technician

Join our healthcare team as a Pharmacy Technician, where you'll support safe and efficient medication dispensing, provide excellent patient care, and ensure smooth pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack and dispense medications in accordance with guidelines
• Counsel patients on medication use following Good Dispensing Guidelines
• Monitor drug interactions and escalate issues to pharmacists as needed
• Manage inventory, check expiry dates, and replenish pharmacy supplies
• Operate and monitor pharmacy IT/automation systems
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment in the pharmacy
• Coach and orient new team members
• Ensure security of medications and patient information
• Support quality assurance and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences / Certified Pharmacy Technician Course / Relevant pharmacy experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A team player with good initiative and attention to detail
