Position title : Construction Legal Counsel

• Location: Jurong
• Working Days: Monday- Friday, 5 days
• Working hours : 8am to 530pm
• Salary : Up to $5,500

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other documents; and render legal advice
• Provide legal advice and support to the group of companies on a broad range of commercial issues
• Handle the setting up of subsidiaries, associates, branches and project offices as well as the closing or liquidation of such set up
• Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants as well as oversee the progress of their work
• Coordinate with and advise business units and departments on legal matters
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Prerequisites:

• Degree in Law
• 4 to 7 years' post-qualification experience, with knowledge of construction law and/or with experience in the construction industry
• Willing to travel when required
