We are a boutique corporate law firm with expertise in M&A, securities law, blockchain matters and general corporate matters. We are seeking an Associate to grow our team and contribute to our firm's success.

Who we are looking for:

Qualified lawyer who is commercial-minded and can connect the dots.

• NQL or up to 3 years PQE
• Experience in corporate / M&A / securities matters
• Good drafting, analytical and research skills
• Driven and detail-oriented, eager to learn and committed to high-quality work
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate within a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in general corporate and M&A transactions, and other matters as needed
• Draft and review legal documents and agreements
• Provide legal advice and support to clients
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Collaborate with team members on various projects
