Job Responsibilites:

• Troubleshoot equipment related problems to minimize equipment downtime.

• Benchmark equipment for technology advancement.

• Manage equipment suppliers to ensure that the delivery meet specification, cost and time.

• Install and setup new equipment as well as equipment connectivity.

• Buy-off production equipment and maintain its performance to meet specification.

• Conduct training for new equipment implementation.

• Responsible for ensuring equipment UPH, uptime and set-up time targets are met.

• Maintain good housekeeping in production area and ensuring good safety practice.

• Provide and maintain preventive maintenance specifications to meet ISO requirements.
