Your Role

As a Recruitment Researcher, you will support the hiring team by finding and connecting with potential candidates. They help build talent pipelines by searching for suitable profiles, researching the job market, and tracking industry trends. Working closely with recruiters, they help match the right people to the right roles by using job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools. Their work helps speed up the hiring process and ensures a steady flow of quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and attract candidates.
  • Conduct initial assessments, and screening candidates to determine their suitability for specific positions.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to successfully shortlist candidates for specific roles. Proactively build pipelines of candidate prospects for niche skillsets
  • Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines and resume mining (via LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques).
  • Own the interview scheduling process and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Be the ambassador of company's culture, provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements
  • Possesses prior experience performing talent sourcing in a high-volume environment (via agency or in-house recruiting environment).
  • Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques) to identify & engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
