Job Responsibilities
Job Requirements:
- Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
- Oversee smooth day-to-day operations of the branch
- Drive both outlet-specific sales targets
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional performance
- Ensure execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and customer service
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvements
- Manage customer feedback and ensure timely follow-up and service recovery
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of management and sales experience in the Aesthetic Clinic/Beauty/Wellness industry
- Strong sales ability and customer service mindset
- Familiar with aesthetic treatments, skincare, and equipment.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays and retail hours
