Reporting to Director and lead Engineering team to ensure timely launch of new products

Oversee process engineering support on production/process improvement pertaining to molding process development

Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectation.

Develop Process Parameters, Fixture Tooling and Process Controls for production parts

Work in cross-functional group to coordinate with all process-related issues (including sample build)

Investigate and implement solutions on process or material related problems

Carry out programs such as process automation, tooling and fixture fabrication/improvement, etc.

Review and provide Corrective Action Report promptly to all customers

Provide rework instruction to non-conformance product

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related fields

2 to 4 years of managerial experiences in production or process engineering process (Molding manufacturing/operations experiences advantageous)

Ability to produce timeline and pre-production schedule

Able to multi-task in fast-paced environments

Strong communications and problem-solving skills.

Meticulous, Independent and possess good organizational & planning abilities
