Hi Coffee is an emerging local brand devoted to serving quality Kopi, Teh, and specialty Japanese Teas. ☁️ Responsibilities

• Brew and serve local kopi/teh as well as a variety of high-quality Japanese Tea beverages while prioritising product consistency, quality & visual presentation during pouring.
• Understand fundamental knowledge of flavour profiles and the foundations of local robusta coffee and Japanese teas to offer thoughtful recommendations to customers.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency throughout the crafting of beverages
• Greet customers with genuine warmth, friendly service, and a smile!
• Thrive in a fast-paced, active environment; be on your feet & handle service duties with efficiency
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace, countertops, and environment
• Use all equipment, electronics & tools with care
• Communicate clearly and proactively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Carry out general housekeeping and other assigned duties

Store Operating Hours: Mon-Sun 8AM - 8PM
Location: Guoco Tower, Tanjong Pagar MRT

Permanent Part-Time:

• 6 days/week (5 hours daily), or
• 5 days/week (6 hours daily)
• We're open to discuss additional hours, split shifts, alternative arrangements.

Part-Time: \t

• Minimum 3 shifts per week
• 6-10 hours per shift ( Longer shifts include a break)

• Able to work weekday lunch hours
• Comfortable with different shifts (including weekdays/PH if needed)
• Great if you have prior experience (in F&B / Matcha / Cafe / Customer Service / Cashiering), but it's your attitude and willingness to contribute that matter most!
• Committed to staying long-term
• Holds a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Singaporean/PR only
