Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment processes: job posting, screening, arranging interviews
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR-related documents
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in payroll processing by providing attendance and HR data
- Manage leave administration, medical claims, and staff benefits
- Support performance appraisal activities
- Ensure HR policies comply with local labour regulations
- Provide HR support to management and employees as required
- Handle other HR administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 1-3 years of HR experience (Fresh graduates may also be considered)
- Knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices in Singapore
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
