Responsibilities

• IT Services Management Report, such as SLA, Change Management, Inventory, IT Contracts, Workflow
• IT project management, coordinate with IT team, project management team and end user for delivery IT projects
• Patching management, management internal team and external vendor to ensure IT infrastructure and system are patching within agreed cycle.
• Capacity and performance management for Infrastructure related system
• Cost Management, monitor, optimize and report cloud subscription and cost projection for future growth.
• Manage IT vendor for purchase, contract and services delivery

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• ITIL or similar certification. Microsoft Certificate: Azure Associate, Azure Solutions Architect or above
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, GIAC) are a plus
• Service Delivery Management with experience on Zoho ServiceDesk Plus or similar ITSM tools
• Project Management with experience on Agile and JIRA, Confluence tools
• Experience of IT budget forecast and expense tracking
• 5 years of experience on managed server on cloud or on-prem environment
• 2-3 years of experience on managing Microsoft 365 Cloud Suite, and Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Services
• 3-5 years of experience on Azure Cloud environment, and Endpoint Device Management
• Experience to work with DevOps/automation team Infrastructure automation requirement
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking
• Proficiency in PowerShell and familiarity with Azure CLI
