- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales documents.
- Update and maintain CRM or sales tracking systems with accurate customer and order information.
- Follow up on pending quotations, customer enquiries, and outstanding payments.
2. Order Processing & Coordination
- Coordinate order fulfilment with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams.
- Monitor delivery schedules and update customers proactively.
- Ensure accurate stock checks, product availability updates, and tracking of backorders.
3. Customer Service
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or social media.
- Provide product information, basic troubleshooting, and after-sales follow-up.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance summaries.
- Maintain proper records of sales contracts, agreements, and customer files.
- Track promotional campaigns, customer database updates, and lead status.
5. Sales Team Coordination
- Assist sales managers with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organising events or demonstrations.
- Support marketing activities such as updating product listings, price lists, and digital materials.
- Coordinate internal communication across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
