• Manage Financial Closings - Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing for regional entities, ensuring accurate and compliant reporting.

• Ensure Tax Compliance - Coordinate with local teams and consultants on tax filings and regulatory adherence.

• Handle Audits - Supervise statutory audits and liaise with internal and external auditors.

• Implement Controls & Policies - Develop and enforce financial controls aligned with corporate standards.

• Lead FP&A Activities - Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decisions.

• Support Strategic Initiatives - Partner with leadership on growth strategies, operational efficiencies, and major capital projects.

• Manage Treasury & Cash Flow - Oversee regional liquidity, optimize treasury functions with corporate and local banks.

• Build & Develop Team - Mentor finance staff, manage recruitment, and promote continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy.

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, MIA) is advantageous.

• 10 years in senior finance or accounting roles within manufacturing, including 5 years managing teams of five from US MNC.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Southeast Asia tax regulations.

• Proficiency in SAP systems and financial reporting tools such as Hyperion or OneStream.
