Responsibilities :

• Oversee procurement and cost control processes.
• Conduct food tasting and testing sessions.
• Engage in Research and Development (R&D) activities for new products.
• Collaborate with SFA (Singapore Food Agency) for regulatory compliance.
• Supervise the daily production process.
• Lead and manage a team of production workers.
• Ensure products meet the company's quality standards, policies, and practices.
• Ensure compliance with all raw materials and finished product standards.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the workplace.
• Demonstrate an interest in or possess knowledge of food machinery (a plus point).
• Perform ad-hoc duties, including stock taking.

Requirements :

• Minimum Nitec in Food science & technology related study
• Entry level are welcomed as training is provided
