Job Description

We are looking for an Architectural Design Intern to support our in-house design and technical team. This is an office-based role focused on drawings, measurements, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and use architectural drawings and BIM models
• Work with BIM software for design coordination and documentation
• Calculate land area sizes, floor areas, and perimeter measurements accurately
• Assist in preparing drawings and technical information for pest control engineering works
• Update and manage design files and records
• Support basic marketing tasks for the company when assigned work is completed (e.g. simple content, presentations, or documentation)

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed studies in Architecture, Built Environment, or Engineering field.
• Able to read and understand architectural drawings
• Familiar with BIM software (e.g. Revit or equivalent)
• Strong accuracy in area and perimeter calculations
• Proficient in basic computer and design tools
• Minimally ITE certificate or currently doing diploma.

Working Conditions

• Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Overtime: None
• Location: Office-based role (no site visits required)
• Reporting: Must report to office on time daily
