ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an intern to join the antibody-drug conjugate platform process development team to support protein purification and bioconjugation laboratory work. This role provides the opportunity for the intern to understand the workflows associated with the production of antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the purification of antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates using AKTA systems, such as affinity chromatography, size exclusion chromatography
• Carry out DOEs and optimization of conjugation processes
• Assist in the conjugation of linker payloads to antibodies
• Assist in formulation development of antibody and antibody drug conjugates
• Support other ad-hoc tasks, such as buffer preparation, sample labelling, laboratory housekeeping
• Maintain timely and accurate data records

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Program in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related field
• Basic laboratory experience and knowledge in protein purification techniques. Training will be provided
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Able to adapt to fast-paced environment
• Able to commit for a 20 week internship period (Jan - Jun 2026)
