1. Operations:
• Manage daily operations of restaurant/bar/banquets.
• Ensure high standards of service, food safety, and hygiene.
2. Financial & Sales:
• Control costs (food, beverage, labor) and manage inventory.
• Achieve sales and profit targets.
• Plan promotions and marketing activities.
3. Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff.
• Maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
4. Customer Experience:
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure a consistently high-quality dining experience.

Requirements:
1. Education:
College diploma(specialized associate degree) or above is required
2. Experience:
At least 3 years of F&B management experience. Experience in chain/hotel operations is a plus.
3. Skills:
• Strong knowledge of cost control, menu planning, and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Understanding of market trends and marketing strategies.
4. Personal Qualities:
Customer-focused, responsible, and able to work flexible hours.
