APAC Bid Management Director

Job Purpose:

This is a rare opportunity partnering with senior regional leaders and experienced commercial teams to

shape complex, high-value customer outcomes across APAC.

What you'll do (Key Responsibilities):

 Own end-to-end bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification through submission and handover.

 Lead virtual bid teams, aligning stakeholders to deadlines, approvals, and winning strategies.

 Drive bid planning, progress tracking, resourcing, forecasting, and corrective actions when

required.

 Manage bid governance, risk registers, compliance documentation, and audit-ready approvals.

 Support negotiations and ensure seamless transition from signed contract to delivery teams.

What you'll bring (Key Requirements):

 Extensive experience leading complex bids, proposals, or large-scale commercial responses.

 Proven leadership managing cross-functional, regional, and virtual stakeholder teams.

 Strong commercial, risk, and governance mindset within structured bid frameworks.

 Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM platforms, and proposal content tools.

 Bachelor's degree required; management qualification or APMP certification preferred.
