Position Overview

The role reports to the Finance Manager. As an Accounts Executive, you are responsible for both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to ensure timely processing of daily and monthly accounting matters.

Responsibilities:

• \tManage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.

• \tIssue invoices and monitor outstanding receivables.

• \tProcess supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.

• \tPerform month-end closing for AR and AP; support financial reporting.

• \tConduct daily bank reconciliations and monitor incoming collections.

• \tPerform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• \tMinimum 2 years' experience in AR and/or AP function

• \tAttention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills

• \tProficiency in MS Office like Words and Excel

• \tGood email communication, and speaking and writing skills in English

• \tProcess good personality attitude with great interpersonal skills

• \tAble to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision
