We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HRAssistant to support the HR team in daily operations. The role involvesadministrative tasks, employee support, and assisting in HR processes to ensuresmooth workflow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings,interview scheduling, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.

Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.

Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, leave, andbenefits.

Assist in performance appraisal documentation and trainingcoordination.

Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.

Support compliance with employment regulations and internalHR policies.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative rolespreferred.

Basic knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HRpractices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills.

Able to handle confidential information professionally.
