Roles & Responsibilities

Clinic Operations & Administrative Duties:

- Provide frontline services and respond to enquiries effectively, including manning the clinic hotline

- Assist with patient concierge services

- Manage call centre operations

- Handle patient registration processes

- Manage patient admission processes

- Support patient billing processes

- Assist with marketing initiatives

- Perform other duties as assigned

- Escalate cases to the supervisor in a timely manner, when necessary

- Carry out clinic-related duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager

- Perform administrative duties as assigned by Management

- Assist with general office duties
