Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Japan region, setting quotas and driving revenue growth.
Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and motivate a local sales team or channel partners.
Account & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners.
Market Analysis: Monitor Japanese market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Sales Operations: Manage sales pipelines, CRM, forecast reporting, and ensure compliance with company processes.
Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Product, and other internal teams to support customer needs and execute campaigns.
Product Expertise: Deeply understand the product portfolio and articulate value propositions.
Key Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in B2B/enterprise sales, ideally within the Japanese market.
Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and presentation skills.
Language: Fluency in Japanese and English.
Travel: Willingness to travel within Japan as required.
New Business Development: Finding and closing deals in Japan.
Channel Sales: Enabling and managing partners for sell-through.
Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge in marine service industry.
