Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc. (For LC shipment, sea shipment & air shipment)
- Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert
- Arrange courier of samples and documents
- Prepare shipping marking
- Ensure all outbound shipping documentation process in a timely and complies with customers' requirement
- Data entry and filing of documents
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
- 1-2 years' relevant experience
