Job Description

• Answers all incoming telephone calls and email enquiries and handles all correspondence
• Works with the team in increasing sales from customer point of contact to conversions
• Assists the Centre Manager in all matters at the Centre
• Maintains the Centre's common areas in a neat, clean and orderly manner.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by sales & marketing team

Requirements:

• Min Higher Nitec
• Experience in customer service will be an advantage
• Has an excellent command of the English language (written, spoken)
• Willingness to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player but also able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Must be willing to work on Sundays
• 5 Day Work Week. Weekday Work hours: 1pm to 930pm Sunday Work hours: 830am to 6pm
