⏳ Contract Duration

Contract Period:
▪ 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2027

Extension Option:
▪ Option to extend for one (1) additional year, subject to the Authority's discretion
▪ Same terms and conditions shall apply during any extension period

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (inclusive of 30-minute lunch break)
Service Not Required On:
  • Saturdays & Sundays
  • Gazetted Public Holidays
  • Entire months of June and December

Scope of Services

The Office Assistant shall be responsible for the following duties:

▢ Answer incoming phone calls when other lines are engaged
▢ Attend to students' minor injuries (e.g. applying cold packs or plasters)
▢ Attend to walk-in parents, visitors, and contractors and redirect them to relevant staff
▢ Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Administration Manager or School Leaders

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

The deployed personnel must meet the following minimum requirements:

▢ Minimum 3 GCE 'O' Level passes or equivalent
▢ At least 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant / Receptionist
  - Experience must be within a Primary School General Office front counter
  - Experience period: 2021 to 2025
▢ Positive attitude with a pleasant and professional disposition
▢ Good communication and interpersonal skills
▢ Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
