Whether you are an experienced Channel Sales Manager, this role offers the opportunity to build strategic relationships, influence market presence, and grow with an expanding organisation.
What You Will Do
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with channel partners, including resellers, SI partners, and MSPs.
- Identify new channel opportunities and onboard partners to broaden market reach.
- Drive sales performance by supporting partners with product knowledge, solution positioning, and presales coordination.
- Facilitate quotation requests, proposal submissions, and deal registrations.
- Track and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and weekly activity reports for internal review.
- Coordinate with product and marketing teams on campaigns, vendor programs, and partner events.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
- Manage overseas orders and support logistical coordination where needed.
- Deliver excellent customer and partner experience through timely communication and problem resolution.
Who We Are Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience in channel sales, partner management, or IT distribution (cybersecurity/networking) is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A motivated self-starter with strong ownership and the ability to work independently.
- Analytical mindset, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
