Job Description :

-Supervising team of cleaners.

-Conduct regular site inspections and ensure cleaning quality meets client expectations.

-Schedule staff shifts and manage manpower deployment.

-Provide guidance and coaching of new team members.

-Train new cleaning staff and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

-Address client feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.

-Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, inventory, and staff performance.

-Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement new cleaning technologies and best practices.

Requirement :

-Detailed knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and products.

-Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address any issues that may arise.

-A proactive and customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction.

-Periodic cleaning experience.
