Job Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, with a strong focus on tunnel works.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and safety requirements.
- Manage site workers, subcontractors, and equipment to meet project schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Project Manager / Site Engineer.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers and relevant parties to resolve site issues promptly.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with authority requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision.
- Must have tunnel construction experience (e.g. bored tunnel, cut-and-cover, underground works).
- Familiar with construction safety regulations and site procedures.
- Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with subcontractors effectively.
- Willing and able to work night shifts.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant construction or safety certifications will be an advantage.
