Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure accurate processing, documentation, and system updates according to WI and SOP.
- Plan and optimize warehouse space, manpower, and equipment usage based on volume forecasts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to meet targets.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, and proper storage.
- Manage warehouse consumables, equipment maintenance, and material handling readiness.
- Ensure workplace safety and high housekeeping standards (5S).
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff; support skill development and performance reviews.
- Review and update SOPs; drive initiatives to improve efficiency, workflow, and service quality.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
