Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and updating the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with the Singapore BIM Guide and project requirements.
• Coordinate design models with other disciplines to ensure accuracy, clash-free design, and compliance with BIM standards and LOD.
• Review and manage data exchange of models to ensure completeness and quality.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection sessions, tracking and driving issue resolution.
• Support submission of BIM models and drawings to local authorities.
• Maintain communication with design consultants and construction teams to ensure model-site alignment.
• Support BIM Manager in driving BIM workflows, standards enforcement, and deliverables management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination or model management.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of BIM/VDC/IDD concepts; certification is an advantage.

Preferred:

• Mandarin-speaking ability is a plus.
