Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to grow market share.
• Prospect and engage new clients while nurturing long-term customer relationships.
• Drive revenue growth through the promotion of customised AV solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and manage contract negotiations.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Monitor industry developments, competitor movements, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.

Requirements

• Proven track record in AV or IT sales, with experience leading sales activities across one or more sectors such as Corporate, Education, Manufacturing, Interior Design, or IT.
• Strong knowledge of audio and video technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to perform effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Strong networking and relationship-management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
