Job Description

As an E-Commerce Shop Assistant / Intern, you will support daily online shop operations and gain hands-on experience in digital commerce.

Responsibilities:

1. Support order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory updates.
2. Monitor customer inquiries and provide friendly, professional responses.
3. Assist in creating and optimizing product listings
4. Design visuals for promotions and campaigns
5. Conduct market research on trending products and competitor strategies.

Requirements

• PSLE for Responsibilities 1 & 2

• ITE / Poly graduate for all Responsibilities 1 - 5

• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.

• Interest in online retail, branding, and digital tools (Canva / Photoshop)

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills in English / Mandarin

Employment Details

• Job Type: Internship / Part Time / Full Time

• Working Hours: Monday - Fridays, Alternate Saturdays 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

• Location: Woodlands Singapore.

• Salary $1600 - $2800 based on position and experience, Part Time $10/Hour

• CPF Contributions: Applicable for Singapore Citizens and PRs.

• Probation: 1 month

• Opportunity for conversion to full-time role upon successful completion.
