Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations covering inbound, storage, order fulfilment, and outbound activities.
• Ensure accurate system transactions and documentation in line with WI and SOP requirements.
• Optimise warehouse layout, manpower planning, and equipment usage based on forecasted volumes.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvement actions to achieve service and productivity targets.
• Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts, variance analysis, and stock control measures.
• Oversee warehouse supplies, equipment upkeep, and material handling readiness.
• Enforce workplace safety standards and maintain 5S housekeeping discipline.
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse personnel to drive team performance.
• Continuously review SOPs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
