- Participate in HQ tendering on new MRT & Tunnel projects.
- Permanent position/ 5 work days/ HQ/ Paya lebar area.
- Our client, a reputable and leading MNC, A1 main contractor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Part of the tender team participates in tendering civil and infrastructure projects.
- Involving in preliminary stage, design & tender stage, construction stage to ensure delivery of the project.
- Preparation of technical specifications and submissions of civil engineering work.
- Involving in the feasibility study and construction planning, and ensuring delivery of services accordingly to client's requirements.
- Facilitate tender submission including coordinating with tender team, internal and external stakeholders, consultants, authorities on project requirements.
- Overseeing the construction activities, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme.
- Coordinate all related construction matters with subcontractor/consultant/client.
- Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors on the site activities.
- Prepare report and method statement.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering and/or relevant field
- Having experience in infrastructure projects or underground work
