Location: Redhill
Contract Duration: 6 months (Extendable)

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Content & Engagement Executive to support the development of fun and educational content for children, with a focus on promoting positive family values. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful initiatives that inspire, engage, and educate young audiences.

What You'll Do

• Ideate and implement engaging, educational content for children on family values.
• Conduct research on the latest trends in children's engagement and learning.
• Develop fun, relevant, and age-appropriate resources for children.
• Assist in planning and executing events focused on children and families.
• Identify and collaborate with strategic partners such as preschools, community organisations, and content creators.
• Support project management, including planning, tracking, and documentation.
• Conduct literature reviews and market research to inform content development.
• Create and copywrite content for educational resources, both digital and physical.
• Handle administrative and coordination tasks to support programme delivery.

What We're Looking For

Skills & Experience (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Prior internship or work experience with government agencies or private organisations (local or overseas).
• Experience in editorial, publishing, or content development.
• Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Confident communicator who can express ideas clearly and succinctly.
• Awareness of sensitivities when engaging children and families.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, while also being a strong team player.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
• Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Technical Competencies

• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Proficient in Canva (or similar design tools).
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Driven, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
