Job Description & Requirements

• Develop new business opportunities and actively source for new leads

• Research, understand and identify client's needs

• Able to present and introduce services with in-depth knowledge

• Generate sales to achieve monthly sales targets

• Effectively communicate technical proposals to client

• Be responsible to all accounts under his/her control

• Assist in business development department

• Adhoc activities assigned

• Report to Sales Director

Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or relevant studies

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in architecture, engineering and construction industry is preferred

• Team Player; able to mingle with different types of people

• Must have strong communication skills

• Sales driven and resultsoriented.
