Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Manage and supervise estate maintenance operations
- Oversee conservancy works, cleaning services, landscaping, and contractors
- Handle resident/stakeholder enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Conduct site inspections, identify defects and ensure timely rectification
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works
- Monitor service providers' performance and ensure compliance with standards
- Support planning, budgeting and reporting activities
- Prepare and submit operational reports and documentation
- Liaise with authorities, vendors and internal departments on estate matters
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Estate Management, Facilities Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in estate or property management
- Strong understanding of maintenance coordination, vendor management & site supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting
