ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Marketing Executive reports to the Product Development Manager. Key responsibilities are to promote product sales. The individual will also be responsible for raising brand awareness and promoting Singapore-focused merchandise.

Fresh graduates and part-timers are welcome to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Creation

• Assist in creating publicity plan for existing and new products
• Create photos and / or videos of products for Marketing and publicity purposes

2. Sales

• Conduct sales via content creation, live-stream or in-person
• Respond to customer enquiries and aim for order conversions
• Work with logistics team on order fulfilment

3. Event Management

• Assist in occasional booth sales

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Skill

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related fields.*
• Minimum 1-year experience in content creation and marketing.
• Please include your portfolio (e.g. links to YouTube / Portfolio) in your resume
• Knowledge of social media platforms' functions (I.e. Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu) is required .
• Knowledge of live-streaming is required .
• Knowledge of Facebook Business Suite is a plus
• Basic photography knowledge and video-editing skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus

*Candidates with good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and possess Illustration / Graphic Designing abilities may be considered for a more senior role.

*Candidates without the related educational qualifications may be considered with a suitable portfolio or work experience
