CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

- A Degree in Engineering (Civil and/or Structural) or Building from local universities or universities recognised by Professional Engineers Board.
- At least twenty (fifteen (15) of practical working experience in the related field in building construction projects.
- Report to Project Manager, and assist in managing, planning and coordinating civil and structural works to meet time, cost, and EHS objectives.
- Coordinate and oversees all works on the site.
- Overrall management of labour, plant and materials.
- Control and coordination of subcontractors.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative and responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Type of contract : Permanent
- Remuneration shall commensurate with qualifications and experience.
