- At least 1-2 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Able to train, guide, and supervise housekeeping staff
2. Leadership & Communication
- Good communication skills (English or local languages)
- Able to coordinate daily work schedules and assign tasks
- Able to handle feedback, resolve issues, and ensure good customer service
3. Work Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards
- Ensure staff follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality requirements
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Submit reports and update management on site operations
4. Physical & Work Requirements
- Fit to perform housekeeping duties when required
- Able to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if needed
- Must be punctual, responsible, and reliable
