Key roles and responsibilities

- Rostering
- Manage outlet sales target
- Provide training to Front Counter Service Crew
- Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
- Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene and cleanliness of outlet.
- Cashiering roles

- Heat up Pau, Dim Sums

- Pack takeaway orders for walk-in customers and food deliveries

- Ensure daily smooth operation

- Service with a smile

You should possess:

- A positive attitude (we only want people who takes on roles and responsibilities readily, are honest and are willing to learn.)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
