Responsibilities

• Produce and manage coordinated Revit-based digital models and parametric libraries to project specs.
• Prepare compliant drawings, submissions, and record/shop sets for local approvals and construction use.
• Lead multi-discipline model reviews (incl. ELV/security), resolve conflicts, and keep files updated to handover.
• Generate quantity/measurement outputs for costing and planning, with thorough internal checks.

Requirements

• Experience in 3D modelling and technical drafting for building projects.
• Proficient with industry-standard BIM and CAD software.
• Able to produce coordinated models and detailed drawings for construction use.
• Background in building systems modelling is advantageous.
