• Position : Senior Project Manager (NCE/ Civil Engineering/ Class 3 Driving) - ALL WELCOME
• Location : Tuas South Street/ Client Site
• Working hours : 5.5 days a week - 8:00 am -5:45 pm (Monday - Friday), 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (Saturday)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross Salary Up to $11,000 (Basic Salary $10,000 + Travel Allowance + Handphone Allowance) + Performance Bonus
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Full accountability for project execution, Profit & Loss (P&L), and adherence to the tender budget.
• Planning & Resource Management:
• Develop project programs and schedules with the client.
• Plan and allocate all necessary resources (manpower, materials, equipment).
• Commercial & Financial Control:
• Manage monthly claims, certifications, and payments.
• Control project costs in collaboration with the Project Quantity Surveyor (QS).
• Stakeholder & Authority Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Secure all necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
• Project Excellence:
• Drive value engineering and innovation to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Resolve all project-related issues, including quality and safety.

Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 years of experience in project management in the civil engineering and construction industry
• Proficient in NCE applications
• Class 3 driving license
